It really pays off selling only quality products. I ordered a duvet, duvet cover and pillowcases from them. When I received my order, the colour of the duvet was not exactly what I wanted so I returned it and purchased another duvet cover which was perfect for me. They processed my return within a few days of me sending it off and emailed me straight away to let me know it had been processed.
