I bought a quilted throw for my double bed which was too big. I was sent a returns form and lable to return the item. I then received an email to advise item had been received and money was being credited to my account within 3 days. No problems whatsoever. In the meantime I ordered the smaller size with cushion covers which I am thoroughly enjoying. Pure luxury. Thank you Secret Linen Store.
