My experience was superb: from ordering, asking questions online and receiving an answer almost immediately, to my delivery. Thank you. I haven't used my linen as yet as it's too cold presently, but it feels lovely to touch and I have to mention the wonderful scent of the linen - I'm only disappointed that after inquiring about the wonderful scent I couldn't buy any! Instead, I have purchased the recommended ''Wilton'' washing liquid and conditioner, plus, some soap nuts to try. We have to treat the linen - and environment better - don't we. First class company!
