My experience with Secret Linen Store started well and didn't end so well! Despite a few issues with the ordering process at the start, which was dealt with brilliantly, the delivery arrived quickly and well packaged. However, after washing the duvet and the pillow covers in the machine once before using it, all the garments' seams were giving out cotton away and turned into little balls. I didn't notice till it dried and then starting using them. Balls of cotton went everywhere and were quite annoying and messy. I can understand that there are sometimes faulty garments. So I contacted customer service to let them know about the issue, which shows poor quality. , it was not a nasty email but just to let them know about the problem for future reference. Did I get an email back with concerns and perhaps an answer and help to remedy the problem or even a little sorry? No, I didn't, which left me in the dark and made me think, great customer service when they want the order but not after the order is delivered. It might be an oversight, but in the meantime, I possibly won't order anymore and still have a bitter taste in my mouth.
