Since Dec 2020 my partner Keith & I have ordered 2 sets of bed linen + 2 sets of bathroom towels & a bath mat. We have dealt with Emily. After 2 washes we noted one cumin pillowcase had a hole close to a seam. This was dealt with quickly & efficiently with a replacement sent out immediatley. Excellent service. There is only one negative point I would make; the bath sheets aren't as big as standard bath sheets we have bought from other companies. Although Keith is very impressed with his jumbo bath sheet which he will use when he goes swimming. Remember when we could do that? We would buy from Secret Linen again. Kind regards. Fran Illingworth
