I am really impressed by Secret Linen's customer care. I bought linen sheets & duvet covers, but when they arrived I realised they are too crinkly, crumply for me. I appreciate some people love this feel but not right for me. I had only opened one packet, so most of the items were still in their wrappers, but I had opened one, and I sent the whole lot back. Secret Linen were incredibly helpful, not at all annoyed, and refunded the whole amount immediately. Thumbs up.
