The team at Secret Linen were fantastic when I received a damaged Duvet Cover. They were extremely apologetic, and swift in arranging a replacement. I was very grateful for this service.
I will say that although I love my Linen Bed Sheets, the linen is very fine and I wonder how long it will last as I wash and replace regularly due to a love of sleeping in linen.
We’ll see. However, I recommend the service at Secret Linen Store very highly.
