Hi. Mixed feelings. Really liked the product I’d ordered. But, as I’ve conveyed to Secret Linen Store by email, what happened next was baffling. I was sent a loyalty discount code with my product. I decided immediately to buy some accessories with it. However, this in fact resulted in less of a discount than what was currently being offered to the general public on the website at that time. The checkout computation was more, so in essence I was being charged more for my loyalty. That’s really strange customer service and I duly didn’t make the purchase, nor am I inclined now to shop with you again or recommend you to others, even though I liked the initial product.
