The overall buying process was smooth and as expected. Some of the styles/sizes weren't available so I had to contact customer service and was told they are stopping making the housewife pillow cases. I think it would be useful to have this on the website so people are clear about this up front. The products themselves were lovely. I ordered a couple of sets of sateen bedding. The bedding feels soft, and the look - luxurious, which you would expect for this sort of money. The bedding does crease relatively easily, but personally I don't find that such an issue. What I don't like however, is the fact that where I move and turn in my sleep, I have noticed pilling/bobbling on the underside of the duvet cover after only a few weeks which I am disappointed with. Luckily this isn't seen, but perhaps wouldn't have expected this from something that is supposed to be high quality.
