I was very pleased with two duvet sets that I bought. As a repeat customer, I was however very disappointed that deep full single fitted sheets were substituted for European single fitted sheets. During my online chat I was highly specific that O wanted the generously fitting European size that I had previously purchased. Very disappointed that you have soured a good relationship.
