The ordering and delivery was excellent. I ordered the denim strip grey duvet, coordinating sheet and pillow cases(260 thread count) It advertise 'Using a denim weave, you can really see the pattern and texture in the fabric' in reality means the duvet cover and sheets and cases felt rough/course to the touch. Washing did not soften the fabric either. The linen, washed according to instructions, came out very creased and a gentle low setting tumble dry did not manage to soften or reduce the creases either.
