I was very pleased with my experience: helpful responses to my two telephone calls and a very speedy delivery. My only criticism is that you do not give any detailed washing instructions. You say that fabric conditioner can be used but what do you recommend for detergent? Biological? Non-bio? Something suitable for delicate fabrics? Perhaps you could let me know.
