The linen looks and feels beautiful, I am yet to wash it but it is soft straight out of the bag. I wasn't happy with the first colour I ordered (French Blue) but had really easy communication and was sent some swatches to help me choose more accurately so that was great. I was able to swap it for a navy set very easily. Very quick delivery, and lovely packaging. Excellent customer service.
