I bought a gorgeous selection of linen bedding which arrived in a beautiful eco friendly package. Unfortunately the shade of aubergine wasn't correct for my bedroom (I am very fussy with matching colours). I messaged Secret Linen who didn't hesitate to accept my package back, provided a fully paid return label, refund was processed very quickly. I'll now be a customer for life due to the excellent ethos and service of the company (loved the newspaper which I kept thank you).
