I bought 2 bath towels the same as I have bought previously. Sadly this time one end of one towel frayed and the stitching was coming undone on the other. I contacted the company and there was absolutely no problem with replacing the items or having a refund. The replacements are up to the usual quality. I’ve ordered several items from here in the past and would order again in the future.
