I have ordered a number of items of bedlinen now from Secret Linen Store. The quality is excellent and the packaging makes it feel extra special. All the bedding has been the 100% linen range and it's so good to sleep in. Unfortunately there was a slight fault in one of the items in my last order which I didn't notice until I had washed the item ready for using and thrown away all the packaging. I was concerned that there might be an issue returning and exchanging the item because of this. Not at all! There was only concern from the person I had spoken to that the item wasn't perfect and a collection and exchange was arranged immediately. What excellent customer service to back up excellent products.
