I paid $131 for sunflowers to be delivered for my niece's birthday on Wed Nov 17th. The flowers were droopy upon arrival, then dead the following morning. The second delivery was just as bad. My niece's friend also sent sunflowers from a DIFFERENT FLORIST and they are STILL in great shape & today is Saturday Nov 20th! I am asking for a full refund as this has ruined my birthday gift and embarrassed me.
