I paid for same day/weekend delivery which was quite expensive and my flowers were not delivered. The only way I discovered this was calling the next day and asking, only to find out not only were the flowers not delivered the previous day, but were not delivered again the next day. Had I not called, I have no idea if I would have even been informed of this. The company was unable to deliver the flowers that day and assured me they would arrive the next day in the morning and I would be refunded the same day delivery free. I called the company around 1pm the following day. Still no delivery. Eventually my flowers were delivered, I was told they were quite beautiful. I still have not received a refund for the same day delivery.
