called and spoke to Luke. Was very specific with wanted I wanted, as I was sending flowers to a customer. They did not send what I paid for. I called early in the morning to try and make it right. Luke said he had to talk to the manager. They didn't get back to me, until late in the day. They said they were going to send me a $40 gift card for next time. I said there would be no next time.
They had plenty of time to remake the order.
I am not going to say the arrangement wasn't nice, it wasn't what I ordered.
