I was optomistic that Luke at Secret Garden would handle my order efficiently. Unfortunately because of
A series of errors beginning with greeting cards not addressed correctly
the two poinsettia plants were not delivered to the proper floors at this facility. One was eventually tracked down and delivered and the second cannot be found. I am sad that the 15 floor did not receive my holiday gift and of course I spent 100 dollars for nothing.
