Nick was very good, very knowledgeable of their product as well as general security system knowledge. The product is very good and being a direct importer of Chuango Alarms meant they had a big advantage in having all the components I wanted. Nick even advise against some components until I had done the install and checked if I needed them - his advise was spot on. The final point is that they were nearly $100 cheaper than their competition who were selling the same product but getting it through a 3rd party importer.
