Shipping speed was perfect. Packaged as expected from them since they're a staple of my places for acquiring genetics. Had a few damp off but I expect that with the fact that they don't travel around the globe in climate controlled environments so the heat during that is a bit detrimential to to viability of the product. Never even needed customer service since they set up the usa distribution. The other downside is some stuff that is missing here that they have in their UK catalogue, mainly Rare Dankness Ghost Train Haze. A favorite for my racing mind and it is not available through them. All in all, 4 out of 5 this time around due to the fact that I believe measures should be taken to prevent temp damage to the product and I also think that the USA catalogue and Spain's should have the same selections.
