Love the fact that you get breeders packs shipped out, as you know many seed banks just repackage the seeds for shipment overseas.
Did have a missing item in my order though, and that was frustrating. I had ordered (2) packs of DNA's Holy Grail Kush, but only received one. So my only suggestion would be when filling orders, make sure to check the quantities of each item. I work in shipping and receiving, and am constantly pulling orders that have the same item several times. So instead of just scanning one item a bunch of times, we scan each item individually, until the order is complete. We also check the quantity number of items that the order is SUPPOSED TO HAVE, vs what I've put together in front of me.
That's all though, Seedsman sent out the missing pack of seeds, but that gets to another point: it was just my word against Seedsman's, and luckily for me, Seedsman believed what I was saying about the missing packs. In a situation like this, how would Seedsman ever truly know if they did/didn't sent out the packs that customers said they didn't?
