My most recent order had been for a few things I had kept putting in my cart just waiting well when I seen that not one but all had promotions I just couldn't wait any longer. I actually encountered an issue with just one product so I emailed in expecting because it was a promotional item they wouldn't do anything, well they fixed the promotion for that product right then so I could make my order. 3 years of orders and I'm impressed every time great selection that's continuing to grow couldn't ask for a better spot to shop.
