The charger has been accidently broken, so I have been back on the website to order a compatible item. I have been able to do. this, no problem, and had a very nice e-mail from andrew thanking me for repeat business. It is very rare these days that a business recognises their customers in this way and thought it was a very nice gesture. The product, service and communication have been excellent.
