I payed over £300 for a sewgway and go kart bundle for my sons Birthday, it got delivered without a part for the go kart, so after many emails back and forth, I was told to send a picture of what I received, I did this and was told the part would be sent out and i would receive the next day, it is now the next day and still no part and it is my sons birthday tomorrow, so I will have a very disappointed child tomorrow on his Birthday and over £300 out of pocket for something that cant be used, absolutely disgusting they do that to kids. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt after reading the bad reviews, big mistake, please do not order from here, I got one from iswegway 2 years ago for my older son and had no problems at all, STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!
