When I placed my order (01/11/2017), it was for next day delivery. I was called later in the day to be advised that it wouldn't be delivered until the Friday, which was OK as I was going to be available most of the day. I was then called on the Thursday to be advised that there were issues with my order and that it was now expected to be delivered in the next 7 days, so basically a week after my order for next day delivery was placed. The whole point in me getting next day delivery was that I could take the gift up North with me on Saturday as it is a Christmas gift. I can now no longer do this so quite disappointed in the service. I understand there can be complications regarding stock etc, but when it states next day delivery, the customer expects next day delivery, not a week later, so not best pleased.
