Bought a pair of chain cargo trousers with elastic waist, in the Broadway store. At the check out, I made enquiries because I thought they should have been in the sale. There was no price tag. Just a receipt stating, and I qoute; Chain Cargo Trousers size 18

There where issues with the belt as well, as it's only two feet long.
Anyway, I went home and checked the website. They where in the sale and all the sizes where already sold out, except for one size. No surprises there, I thought.
I wrote to customer service to explain my predicament,that had happened in Bradford, Broadway.
A few hours later, I received a reply.
How did we do?
I replied back, Bad.
Reason. Unresolved.
Today, I received a very badly composed email.
It was from Gaby C.
She was on the defense, and showed an item from the website of a different pair of cargo trousers.
I replied back on the, How did we do, part.
I'm awaiting a reply. But, I just can't believe how incompetent the staff is. The customer service, and who knows who else?
I have business sense, and customer service skills. I have worked in Oxford Street, and there is just no way you would get away with this type of attitude in London.
This is fast fashion. It's on it's way out. Unfortunately, people in the north of England don't have the money to spend.
I predict the Select shops will be out of business, in a few years time.
