Very quick, free, well packed & fuss free delivery of 1 x 20" V Sabatier Cooks Knife, 1 x 25" one & 1 x Sharpening Steel to replace tired ones in my V Sabatier 9 piece block set although the 25" is seperate to the block set. The Sharpening Steel is also longer & wider than the original in the block set but to be honest is much better leading me to believe Richardson Sheffield made a smaller one to fit the block which this one still does but just protrudes a bit.
