I had ordered this knife set from another supplier then a couple of days after ordering had an email to say they weren’t in stock and it could be another 10 days at least.I then sent a further email to cancel that order and proceeded to look elsewhere.I found the Homeware site and sent an email to ask if they were in stock as I didn’t want the same thing to happen with this order.I had an email back to say they had 3 in stock so I ordered on the website.This was early afternoon I immediately had confirmation and after a phone call to confirm my address as the house name had appeared after the village the knives were despatched that afternoon with free delivery and a tracking number( and to top it the knives were cheaper than the place I had originally ordered from ).I received them the day after, very well wrapped and as far I am concerned that is first class service.The gentleman I spoke to was lovely and told me a bit about the business .Its so refreshing to get an internet service where you have the feeling you are actually buying in a local shop.So many times you order things on line and you constantly have to chase especially when most take the money immediately.I certainly will be shopping there again and I am sure my daughter will be delighted with her gift.
