Have sent emails and pictures to Leah following very bad result of visit - permanently stained quarry tiles, roof of bottom fan oven not cleaned, muddy wet shoe stains left on carpet tiles, rungs for shelves in lower oven incorrectly sited. Please read in full all my emails and advise me what you propose to do. This was supposed to help our house move this week but has caused me additional stress. I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to remove all staining prior to new owners coming into our property. What are you proposing to do about this occurrence? Not a happy customer and not a good recommendation.
