I booked for an oven cleaning in August on the day time was getting on so I gave them a call. They said the person who was coming round had to go for a cover test and you should have been told. They asked if I wanted to rebook I said no I will have a refund of the £17.50 deposit I paid. I am still waiting steer clear of this company They are a bunch of crooks.
