I have found the service excellent - especially if I have a query. However, they do not reward loyalty unlike some other sites. Also you cannot download single tracks (3 is the minimum) & they also have a time limit in which you must download your tracks purchased.
If these issues were addressed I would not hesitate to give a rating of 'Very Good'
