Takes a little bit of getting you head around how to use the site and what all the different formats are but once read and understood it is relatively straight forward to navigate around and use. The samples could do with being a little longer as some are too short to tell differences between the same track by a different supplier. Down loading is more straight forward for 2 or 3 tracks than it is for a number. (mucking around with firefox etc) However is great to have the option of downloading as it is instant. No waiting for postage, holidays to finish etc. I would purchase a disc in future for more than 3 tracks. That said I am not very techy. No doubt anyone into computers, downloading and the like would get it quicker and better than I did. Here is a huge plus point these days - Customer service / after sales is excellent. They are really quick to respond and efficient
