I had fairly low expectations when ordering this, but given the cost of cigarettes these days I felt it was time. Overall this product was better then expected. I ordered 3 cartons and overall every pack had one or two very minor manufacturing defects that did not really cause any problems with smoking them. This product seems to lack the fast burning agent that is in most cigarettes these days so they took longer to smoke than my previous brand and overall it took a few days to adjust and feel comfortable with the new pace and feel of them. Now, a few weeks later I don't miss my old brand and I'm saving $400 a month so kind of a no brainer for me to continue with these. I hope in the future they can resolve some of the minor defects with updated manufacturing systems, but meh. I can live with it.
