The Classic brand is very smooth and satisfying! My last order included a carton of Classic cigs. They didn't see that I had ordered a carton and sent a pack of cigs instead since I was ordering various brands by pack to try them all. I sent an email with pics to show the mistake made and within 5 minutes the problem was resolved with a credit to my account. I was blown away by the customer service from Adam. What a great guy! I love dealing with this company.
