Bought many items over the past 5 years but serious issues in stock and service over the last 6 months. Ordered an item that wasn’t in stock, but to be fair let me know and refunded in a couple of weeks. Thinking it was a one off I placed an order again in October. Same thing happened. They’ve oversold the item and offered an alternative item. I accepted as it was in stock but 2 weeks later it still hasn’t been despatched and they haven’t responded to emails. There’s only so much understanding you can have. I’ve now been forced to pursue this through my credit card company. Never had to do that before. Disappointing to say the least.
