I would love to thank Sell Simple for all their hard work, especially Paul as before speaking to him I was extremely deflated the fact I had my house on the market for 5 months and had no offers. He explained to me it had nothing to do with my property which I begun to accept, however he explained that our current agent had extremely overvalued the property to begin with which had resulted in the lack of offers. He was extremely knowledgeable and spoke in language I could understand so I decided to give Sell Simple a try. To my surprise within 15 days I was under offer and was able to make an offer on my dream home.
