The whole transaction was very efficient and backed up by excellent communication at every stage of the process in line with their promise, The transaction time from sending cash to receiving the payment cheque being 2/3 working days. I have made 3 transactions this month to dispose of surplus holiday cash namely Japanese yen and Swiss francs, each time the process was flawless and postage costs were rebated. They may not give the very best rate for currency buyback compared to others who pay direct to your bank account which you must provide but there is a certain comfort factor in the way they deal with your cash.
