Very good exchange rate; fast turnaround, excellent communication with the customer at every stage of the transaction (re-assuring when you have sent a bunch of cash off by post) and an even better choice of payment methods than last time as they will now credit your bank account via a BACS transfer. Simple, fast, secure and easy. Well done again. Just one piece of advice when sending your foreign currency in. You qualify for a refund of postage if your currency is worth more than £400. BUT, Royal Mail charges an extra £3.00 when you send the envelope by the required "Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day before 1:00 pm" service on a Friday and you will not get this supplement refunded.
