SEM were the subcontractors in installing out 10kwh system. It took them about a month of numerous phone calls to have someone come back and complete the job (install a timer for the Hot Water Unit) as quoted.
Around a year later asked SEM to investigate why the circuit break keeps on throwing to the solar system. I also provided online access to our solar system. That was over a year ago and have not heard zip out of this mob. Not recommend.
