Jack Beare was great in reinstalling our Solar on or property following a renovation. He also helped us get our bonus feed in tariff back on our electricity account. Energex were very difficult to deal with after they removed the FT because we had to disconnect our power and reconnect it again following the renovation. Jack followed up Energex for us and after a few days and a couple more forms (Energex LOVE forms!) we got our FT back again. Thanks again Jack!
