Very satisfied with the flowers and service. My mother says they are beautiful and last a long time. My only complaint in the past has been the time of delivery. Flowers used to arrive a day early which wasn't always convenient (in hospital/on holiday) I notice now that you have to pay more for on the day and it says the flowers can be delivered up to 2days before hand so now at least you can plan. However, as my mother actually lives in Guernsey I would have thought that they could be delivered on the day without the exorbitantly high extra fee.
