I only ever use this company to send flowers as in my opinion they are the best!
I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother which didn't arrive. I emailed sendabunch who apologised and offered to send a replacement which they did.
The original flowers did eventually turn up a few day later. Unfortunately royal mail had left them with an elderly neighbour and not left a card to that effect.
I emailed sendabunch to explain what had happened.
My mother was delighted with the replacement flowers.
Full marks to customer care!!
