I paid an additional charge for a specific delivery date but the flowers and chocolates I sent arrived a day early.
The actual box the chocolates were in had a hole in the bottom, however the box the flowers and chocolates were parcelled up in was not damaged in any way and didn't have any holes in. This implies the chocolate box was despatched with the hole already in it
