There was an occasion when I was told by the recipient that a delivery had not arrived, I queried this with Sendabunch and they did not argue but sent another bunch immediately. However I found that the non delivery was not true, I therefore contacted Sendabunch to send me an invoice for the second delivery so I could make a payment but I received a reply saying a payment was not necessary as the recipient had received their flowers. MAGIC!!!
