I ordered 20 Mixed Freesias with Chocolates for my sister and brother in law who has just been told he has terminal cancer. Unfortunately the chocolates were missing. After contacting Sendabunch they very quickly rectified the error and sent not only the missing chocolates but 2 extra boxes. Thank you to all who helped make my sister's day.
