I've never had a bad experience of sendabunch before but unfortunately on this occasion the recipient was out and just missed the delivery. Instead of leaving the flowers outside the front door (inside a communal area), the flowers were taken back to the post office and by the time the recipient was able to collect them a few days later, they received a box of dead flowers, so a total waste of £25! AMENDED.... I feel I need to amend my previous review because customer service have been so fantastic. Since my previous review my sister has been sent replacement flowers and is absolutely delighted with them, she says they are beautiful.  The fault was not with the flowers (which have always been excellent) but with the post person who just didn't use any common sense regarding the delivery or even leave the correct card to say the item was perishable. My rating has gone back up to 5 stars!
