Poor quality flowers bouquet (dead freesias and dying carnations), given as a birthday present, so much so that in embarrassment the recipient let me know and I had to complain to you...this is the second time this has happened in my recent experience.
I complained to you and you promised to send a second bouquet...I haven't heard yet whether they have arrived or in what condition.
