I have been using "Guernsey Flowers", Sendabunch, for more than thirty years as I have been living out of the U.K. and in all that time have only had one problem. It was resolved immediately. I send flowers for anniversaries, thank yous etc. and my only complaint is that, as a regular customer, I don't get the special offers that entice new customers, or have the benefit of receiving the odd special bouquet as I live on mainland Europe. My recipients assure me that flowers sent always last longer than normal and arrive in perfect condition.
